PSP Reviews: Sports Entertainment Pack Vs. Core Pack

Our PSP reviews unccovered that the PSP 3000 Sports Entertainment Pack is perfect for kids and teens who like their sports games, as it comes bundled with Need for Speed: Shift (a racing game) and Madden 2012 (NFL). Sold separately, these games would cost at least $75 more, so for $60 to upgrade your set from the core PSP 3000 console only to the sports pack, you’re saving money. These are both relatively new titles that any newcomer to the console is bound to have fun with.

PSP Reviews: Sony PSP 3000 Vs. PSP Go

Psp Go Vs Psp 3000

If your child is tech-savvy then it’s well worth doing a comparison of the Sony PSP 3000 and the PSP Go models. The former is older than PSP Go, but both are still being sold and supported by Sony as different versions of the same device.

One factor to note is that the PSP Go doesn’t have a UMD slot. This is no problem if your child is new to this range of consoles, but if they want to play older UMD titles on the device then the PSP 3000 is definitely the way to go.

Where the PSP Go does have the edge is in the fact that it can connect up to other devices, such as controllers and speakers, via Bluetooth. It also has a new slider design, which helps to give it an even sleeker and more portable feel. At present, however, you do need to pay roughly $50 more for the privilege of owning the newer PSP Go.

In short, our psp reviews conclude that the PSP 3000 Sports Entertainment Pack is a gift that most kids will be thrilled to receive. It comes with two of the hottest selling PSP games that’ll go down well will any sports gamer.
